SHIPPING AND RETURNs
The seller,Bagger Bags., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Bagger Bags. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item or items. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, life, income, or any other incidental damages. All orders with partial payments or deposits are non refundable, once your deposit or partial payment is made we will start building your custom kit therefore all payments towards your kit will be forfeited if you decide to cancel the order. All orders paid in full but cancelled after 7 business days of payment In full will be non refundable as kits are made to order and custom to the customer. All cancellations must be made within 7 business days of the full payment to bagger bags or funds will be non refundable and be written to us via email to email@example.com in which we will provide a cancellation number. Please Allow up to 60 business days for shipping as all items are made to order as we are a manufacturer and parts are hand made by us. If you purchased a PAINTED product from us, please note that those items can take up to 65 business days to produce, and get painted by a third party.
Periodically something will go wrong with a shipment and you may wish to return an item. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you; please contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss the circumstances before returning any parts. Our customer service department (firstname.lastname@example.org) will issue a Return Authorization Number which MUST accompany any return in addition to a copy of your original Sales Receipt. A Return Authorization Number is NOT a return label, no return labels will be given for returns. Unauthorized returns will not receive credits, and will be returned to you. The order can be returned within 7 days of receipt, once the 7 days is passed there will be no refunds or returns. In certain cases we may accept a return after 20 days at our discretion in which a restocking fee will be incurred at an amount to be determined by us. Saddlebag kits must be returned complete, otherwise they will incur heavy restocking fees to be calculated by Bagger Bags at our discretion at the time of refund. All our fiberglass items do require body work as listed and are unfinished, no claims on poor quality of product, or chips, cracks, defectiveness, fitment issues or waviness in the product will be accepted or tolerated, these products are clearly listed as unfinished and therefore it is your responsibility to finish the product to your own standards, fill in the defects and body work and that will determine the quality of the product you will have at the end result. Please note this is a blank canvas we are selling you, and as these are unfinished, these will have defects that will come out with the work necessary listed to be done by you. By accepting our terms and conditions at checkout you revoke all claims to quality or defectiveness with the products as they are unfinished and the quality of the product will ultimately be determined by the person who does the finish work listed in the description of each item we carry and sell.
- No returns will be accepted on custom ordered merchandise.
- No returns will be accepted on any online web or phone orders placed with us and initiated 7 days after receipt of product by the customer.
- Electrical items are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Items which have been installed on your vehicle or motorcycle are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Prepaid Rush Shipping Fees are non refundable.
- All Shipping fees are non refundable

We happily ship worldwide, and are experienced in the intricacies of international shipping. Most large and/or high value items ship via FedEx International; smaller items can ship economically via US Postal Global Priority and Global Express mail.
Please note, we do not accept orders from Nigeria or Indonesia at this time. Also note, our export documentation conforms to United States laws — we do not “mark down” the value of your items, nor will we mark them as a gift. All shipments are made from Palm Beach County, Florida. All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility in your local country.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge to be determined by us for any returns past the 7 day authorized and also for any unauthorized or unapproved returns.
Terms of Payment:
All invoices are due and payable according to the Payment Method shown on each invoice, calculated from the Invoice Date, unless otherwise quoted in writing. Orders may be pre-paid. Unless provided otherwise in writing, accounts unpaid on the first calendar day after the invoice due date shall be subject to a finance charge at an annual interest rate of 14.4% until the invoice is paid in full. In states where a Customer may be assessed at a maximum annual percentage of less than 14.4%, then the finance charge shall be at the maximum rate allowed by that state’s laws. Any invoice unpaid by a Customer for more than thirty days shall be deemed in default and may, at the option of Bagger Bags., be referred for collection. In the event a Customer’s account, or any part thereof, is referred for collection, the Customer agrees to be responsible for all costs of collection.
Shipping Fees on Returns:
If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is then returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited at our discretion. Return labels will not be provided for any customer returns, customers are required to pay for all shipping charges on the return packages, return labels will only be provided for exchanges at our discretion
Should any package appear to be damaged on the box at the time of delivery, a claim for damage must be promptly made with the responsible freight carrier.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The factory warranty constitutes all of the warranties with respect to the sale of this item/items. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items.
Bagger Bags. shall have no liability for:
- Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or inaccuracies in correlating to the site material:
